Booking requests are made through this form. Your booking is only guaranteed upon written confirmation from Ukraine House. Payments are done by invoice, which you will receive on the email registered in the booking request.
Accessibility
Please note that Ukraine House is located in historical, protected premises, and that means that we unfortunately offer limited accessibility. All our rental spaces are on the second floor, bathrooms are in the basement, and there is no elevator.
For member-based NGOs supporting Ukraine:
As we are very supportive of all grassroots initiatives supporting Ukraine, we offer our premises for a basic cleaning fee if you are a member-based association. In the form add information on how your event is supporting Ukraine’s fight for freedom and democracy, mutual understanding and dialogue between Ukraine and Denmark.
In this case, we can offer our Balcony room or our Meeting room for the basic fee of 800 DKK, covering cleaning.**
