What does women’s leadership look like in a time of war, uncertainty and growing threats to democracy?

This public conversation brings together Ukrainian and Danish women leaders to discuss the role of women’s leadership in times of turbulence — as Ukraine continues to fight for freedom and democracy amid Russia’s full-scale war, while Europe faces new challenges to democratic resilience and long-term security.

The event takes place as part of a study visit to Denmark by Ukrainian women leaders participating in She Leads Ukraine, a multi-year programme implemented by UN Women Ukraine to strengthen women’s skills, knowledge and opportunities to engage in political life.

The event is organised in partnership with UN Women Ukraine, Ukraine House in Denmark and the Danish Institute for Parties and Democracy (DIPD).
