We’re looking for two interns to join Ukraine House in Denmark!

At Ukraine House in Denmark, we believe that stories about Ukraine matter. We’re a small, dedicated team working every day to share Ukrainian culture, voices and perspectives in Denmark. We’re now looking for two interns to join us 15-37 hours/week from January 2027 or before.

1) Communications Intern
You’ll help shape how our work is seen and heard. You’ll support our social media presence, create content for our channels, and help share all our many events, projects and voices with a wider audience, working closely with the Communications Manager.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable with creating content (photo/video)

• Likes writing and communicating

• is fluent in English and Ukrainian (Danish is a bonus, not a requirement)

• is curious and eager to learn

2) Project Intern – Events
You’ll be part of bringing Ukraine House and our events to life, from cultural evenings and talks to big conferences. You’ll help us with managing the reception area (occasionally also on weekends) and giving visitors the best impression of Ukraine House. You will also help with planning, coordinating with partners and volunteers, practical preparations, and being on site when events take place, in cooperation with our Project Manager.

We’re looking for someone who:

• is organised, hands-on and enjoys working with people

• Is service-minded and a good communicator

• is fluent in English (Ukrainian and Danish is a plus, not a requirement)

• stays calm and solution-oriented when plans change

Experience with event planning, volunteering or project coordination is a plus.
